Statement · Paid
When you need more than a weekly signal.
Statement reconciles the fuller record: claims, purchasing, remittance, fees, and relevant contract terms. It turns those records into a written, evidence-backed decision record.
What you provide
The fuller record.
- Twelve months of claims or dispensing activity
- Twelve months of purchasing and invoice detail
- Remittance data, including 835 and PSAO records where available
- Fees and post-adjudication adjustments where available
- Relevant payer, PSAO, and contract documents
What a Statement answers
Five questions, in plain language.
- What happened?
- The observed economics, transaction by transaction, tied to remittance.
- What is the evidence?
- Source records, affected transactions, cost basis, and the rule applied.
- What may it be worth?
- Modeled opportunity, kept separate from anything realized.
- How confident are we?
- A stated confidence and materiality for every finding.
- What may you want to do next?
- A recommended review path. The decision stays with you.
Each finding carries source provenance, affected transactions, cost basis, methodology version, confidence, materiality, and a recommended review path.
Finding classifications
Every finding receives one of five classifications.
| Classification | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Information only | The pattern is notable but no immediate action is indicated. |
| Fix going forward | A prospective operational, purchasing, or workflow change may improve future economics. |
| Still recoverable | The record suggests a claim, fee, or payment issue may remain within an action window. |
| Needs payer answer | The available evidence is not enough; clarification from a payer, PBM, PSAO, or other counterparty is needed. |
| Leave it alone | The evidence does not support action or the likely value does not justify action. |
The human review boundary
Humans review low-confidence and high-materiality exceptions. Models may assist with classification and explanation, but never calculate or adjust economic figures.
Retainer
Your Statement includes six months of follow-through. Every two weeks, see what moved, what did not, and what is new. At 90 days, PV1RX measures the result against the original finding.
- Every two weeksWhat changed, what did not, what is new, which findings remain open.
- As you actYou record the action you took next to each finding.
- At 90 daysA follow-up export. Realized value is written back to the original finding.
Pricing
Early access pricing will be published before file submission.
- The price of paid work is visible before you supply full files.
- No percentage of recovery. Ever.
- Pricing falls as automation reduces human minutes per Statement.
