PV1RX is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. It exists so an independent pharmacy does not need national-chain scale, a reimbursement analyst, or a conflicted vendor relationship simply to understand its own numbers.
Statutory public benefit
To strengthen the economic sustainability and independence of community pharmacies by providing transparent, evidence-based tools and services that enable pharmacy owners to understand, evaluate, and act upon the economics of purchasing, dispensing, reimbursement, and contractual relationships.
Why the company exists
Independent community pharmacies are essential health infrastructure. They dispense medications, counsel patients, provide local access, respond to community needs, and frequently serve populations that larger systems do not serve as well.
Yet the owner is asked to manage increasingly complex financial arrangements with limited visibility. They may know that a claim adjudicated, but not whether the resulting payment covered their matched cost. They may know they received a remittance, but not whether it ties to claims after reversals, fees, and adjustments. They may have a contract, but not a practical way to connect its terms to specific transactions.
PV1RX is not formed to fight any single counterparty. It is not built around recovering money, selling pharmacy data, directing pharmacy purchases, or becoming another opaque intermediary. Its purpose is economic agency for the independent pharmacy owner.
Scope rule: If it does not help an independent pharmacy understand, evaluate, or act upon its own economics without creating a conflict, it is out of scope.

Proposed board structure
PV1RX is organized as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. Board seats are designed so the beneficiaries are represented and the covenant is not controlled by any single funder.
