Actual records.
Every figure comes from your own files: what you bought, dispensed, were paid, and were owed under contract. Not industry averages.

Same inputs, same answer.
Economic figures are calculated by fixed rules, so they can be checked and repeated. They are never estimated by AI.

Missing stays missing.
If the records don't support a number, we say so. We don't fill gaps with benchmarks to make a page look complete.

Judgment where it matters.
Interpretation comes from people who have operated pharmacies, not from software.
The relationship
We're paid by you.
No percentage of findings. No referral or finder's fees. If we're affiliated with anything we mention, we say so, show alternatives where they exist, and you decide.
Your data works for you.
Your records are used only for your engagement. We never sell pharmacy-identifiable data.
No legal conclusions.
Contract observations are business observations. Legal questions go to your attorney.
