What this notice covers
This notice covers the pv1rx.com website only. Pharmacy records you send us during a Deep Dive are governed by the engagement agreements we both sign before anything is shared. Where the two differ about those records, the signed agreements control.
What the website collects
Details you put in an email to us, such as your name, address, pharmacy name, and whatever you choose to write. Basic analytics about visits, such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type. Campaign parameters carried in links, such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign, so we can tell which channels bring people here.
What we do with it
We answer your questions, keep a record of our correspondence, and learn which pages and channels are useful. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell pharmacy-identifiable data. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not pass your details to PBMs, wholesalers, or vendors.
Patient information
Do not send patient information through this website or in a booking question. We do not ask for it and the website is not the place for it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while it is useful to the conversation, and deleted on request. Analytics are kept in aggregate.
Your choices
Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Browser settings can block analytics scripts, and the site works without them.
Changes to this notice
This is a draft. When bookings open, the final version will be published here with its effective date.
