What do I have to send?
For the Deep Dive, six months of standard reports from your pharmacy system, wholesaler, and PSAO, plus your current contracts. After you book, we send a checklist specific to your systems.
How long does pulling the records take?
Usually a few hours spread over a few days. We walk you through every export.
How long does it take?
The Deep Dive, Verticals, and both together are each designed around 30 days from kickoff, once required information is complete.
How much of my time does it need?
A kickoff, one conversation about how work moves through the pharmacy, and the readout.
What does it cost?
The Deep Dive is $999 and Verticals is $999 for a single location, or $1,599 for both. One time, non-recurring. Multi-location prices are fixed by location count. The price is set before we start and doesn't change.
Who sees my data, and what happens to it afterward?
Only your PV1RX advisor and the people working on your engagement. Before you share anything, we sign a confidentiality agreement and put in writing how records are used, accessed, and returned or deleted. We never sell pharmacy-identifiable data.
What if I don't have my contracts?
We work with what you have and tell you what the missing documents would have added. We'll also tell you how owners usually request copies.
Will you contact my PSAO, PBMs, or wholesaler?
No. Not without your direction.
What if my records can't support the work?
You get a full refund.
What if you don't find anything worth acting on?
Then you'll know that for certain, with the records to back it up. That's worth knowing too.
Will you try to sell me something afterward?
No. Each engagement stands on its own. If you want help acting on the findings, we'll talk about it, only if you ask.
Do you take a cut of anything you find?
No. No percentage, no referral fees, no undisclosed compensation from anyone.
Do you give legal advice?
No. Contract observations are business observations. Legal questions go to your attorney.

What's the difference between the Deep Dive and Verticals?
The Deep Dive looks inside the business: your money and your work, which covers contracts, purchasing, reimbursement, and the recurring tasks that fill your team's week. Verticals looks outside it: your market, and which pharmacy services it could support. Together they cover the business you have and the business you could build.
Do I need a Deep Dive before Verticals?
No. Each stands on its own.
What do I send for Verticals?
Very little: your locations, current services, licenses and accreditations, and a quick rundown of your staff and how much capacity they have. It runs mostly on public data.
Will you introduce me to prescribers or facilities?
No. We tell you what fits and what it would take. We don't arrange referral relationships, and we take no fees from anyone in your market.
Can I share my PSAO, PBM, and wholesaler contracts with you?
PV1RX is engaged as your advisor under a signed confidentiality agreement. Many pharmacy contracts allow sharing with advisors on that basis, but terms vary. If you're not sure, check the confidentiality section of your contract or ask your attorney before sending it.
